Lubricant filtration
On-site filtration for hydraulic, turbine, gear and compressor oils. We remove particles and water without stopping production and leave the oil at the ISO 4406 code the manufacturer asks for.
New oil is not always clean oil
Drum oil typically arrives at an ISO 4406 code of 22/20/18, while a hydraulic system requires 16/14/11. That is 16 to 60 times fewer particles than uncontrolled oil carries, and every transfer between drum, tank and machine adds more.
We filter new oil before filling and in-service oil while the machine runs, using absolute glass-microfibre elements. When the oil has varnish, high dissolved water or severe contamination, we combine it with our oil purification service.
- Typical ISO code of new drum oil
- 22/20/18
- Typical requirement of a hydraulic system
- 16/14/11

Lubricant filtration solutions
- 01
Recirculation filtration
Offline (kidney-loop) units that circulate reservoir oil through absolute filters until it reaches the target cleanliness code.
- 02
Portable carts and units
Mobile equipment to filter on site, top up and transfer oil without bringing contamination into the machine.
- 03
New-oil filtering
We filter the lubricant before filling so the machine starts with clean oil from day one.
- 04
Water removal
Absorbent elements and coalescence for free and emulsified water, and vacuum dehydration for dissolved water.
- 05
Desiccant breathers
2-micron silica-gel breathers that block dust and moisture every time the reservoir breathes.
- 06
Absolute filtration Beta(x)=4,000
Glass-microfibre elements that capture more than 99.9% of particles at their rated size.

Every transfer adds particles. Filtering at every fill protects the machine from day one.
