These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website venefilter.com (the “Site”). By browsing the Site, downloading its documents or using its contact tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
02Who operates the site
The Site is operated by Venefilter, an industrial filtration, separation and purification specialist founded in 2002, through the following entities (together, “Venefilter”, “we”, “us”):

03Permitted use
You may use the Site to learn about our products, services and the industries we serve, download technical brochures and data sheets, and get in touch with us. In doing so, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in breach of these Terms.
- Submit false information, offensive content, spam or malicious code through the form, email or chat.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, servers or data belonging to Venefilter or third parties.
- Extract content in bulk using robots, scrapers or other automated means, other than search engines in accordance with our robots.txt file.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site or its embedded services.
We may restrict access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms.
04Technical and product information
The content of the Site — including specifications, ISO cleanliness levels, filtration efficiencies, performance figures, referenced standards and application cases — is provided for general information and guidance only. Actual results depend on the conditions of each installation, the condition of equipment and fluids, and their proper operation and maintenance.
Some product information comes from the manufacturers we represent and may change without notice. Before making engineering, purchasing or maintenance decisions, we recommend confirming the information with our technical team. Nothing published on the Site constitutes engineering advice for your specific case.
05Quotes and contracts
The Site does not allow online purchases. Prices, lead times and terms for our products and services are set only in a written offer or quotation issued by the relevant Venefilter entity.
Submitting a request through the Site does not create any contractual obligation for either party. Each supply or service contract will be governed by the accepted offer and the general or specific terms referenced in it, which will prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
06Intellectual property and trademarks
The text, photographs, videos, graphics, design, logos and documents on the Site are owned by Venefilter or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.
Venefilter, Vene-flush®, Vene-pure®, Optimus-Betax™ and Tribo-Labs are trademarks of Venefilter or its affiliates. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site, such as Donaldson, Schroeder Industries, Hy-Pro or Gespasa, belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products Venefilter distributes or represents.
You may download and print brochures and data sheets for your company’s internal use in evaluating our products and services. You may not modify, resell or distribute them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
07Virtual assistant
The Site includes an AI-powered virtual assistant that answers general questions about Venefilter. Its answers are generated automatically, may contain errors or incomplete information, and do not constitute an offer, a technical recommendation or a commitment by Venefilter. For any important decision, please ask our team to confirm.
Do not enter sensitive personal data, passwords or confidential company information into the chat. How conversations are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
08Third-party links and services
The Site contains links to manufacturer websites, catalogs and third-party services (for example, WhatsApp). We do not control that content and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy or policies. Use of those sites is governed by their own terms.
09Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venefilter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including lost profits, plant downtime, loss of production or loss of data — arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, or from decisions made solely on the basis of its content or the virtual assistant’s answers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Venefilter harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Site in breach of these Terms or the law.
12Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Broward County, Florida. Where the relationship is with Venefilter S.L., Spanish law will apply and the courts of Madrid will have jurisdiction.
This is without prejudice to any rights granted to you by mandatory laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
13Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time by publishing the new version on this page with its update date. Continued use of the Site after publication means you accept the changes. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
