The actual cost of the industry demands high performance systems of fluids conductions, less friction and more cleaning of productive processes. The deterioration by obstruction of transportation lines of fluids like gas pipes, draining pipes of water pipes requires an internal maintenance by the pigging process. This procedure is to introduce a balloon or pig to scrape the internal walls of the pipe to haul all deposited materials, it is like an internal sweep to make possible the total level of cleaning.
As strategy of supplier of an ample selection of industrial cleaning systems, Venefilter assumed the challenge in 2012 to present this pigging services for pipes with internal diameters from 2” to 36” to remove crust, oxide and slag from the welding process etc, applied for gas, oil and water pipes and also transfer of heat lines with lengths from 6 meters to hundred of kilometers. We comply with ASTM norms.
