SERVICES OF PURIFICATION FOR LUBRICANTS AND FUELS (VENEPUR)
Our customers have reduced their operative costs and maintenance with our services of purification and recovering of new and used lubricants. The culture of maintenance of lubricants as a pro-active plan has increased the useful life of the same and the tribologies systems through our services of analysis and monitoring of lubricants Tribolab® to determine
the physical/chemical state of the oil and also the verification of parameters of wear of lubrication, hydraulics, cooling and/or rotary systems. Venefilter offers the Venepure services to purify and improve quality of lubricants and fuels by treatments of ultrafiltration, vacuum, dehydration or coalescence. Also control of soluble contaminants in systems of Ionic exchange and degasification. Venepure decontaminants the lubricants and fuels affected with solid particles with leanliness levels ISO 4406.99 25/23/22 to ISO4406.99 12/10/9.
We eliminate water or humidity in oils with more than 5000 ppm to take them to 30 ppm or less. Our recovering services and lubricant maintenance are executed in the customers premises reducing the relocation costs. Additionally, certification with on site labs are made for the oils.
